Jonathan McKay
Chairman
Jonathan has a very successful background in sales, marketing and general management in the technology sector. Over the last 13 years Jonathan has moved into advisory and Non-Executive roles and is currently Chairman of a number of technology companies and Justgiving, the UK’s largest fundraising platform. In addition to his role as Chairman Jonathan will be working with the management team to define the optimal strategy for growth and long term success. This was a key appointment for ISG and we are absolutely delighted that someone with such a wealth of experience has decided to join us.

Dave Gardner
Chief Executive Officer
Dave joined ISG in February 2018 and is responsible for Operations within ISG including all projects and maintenance. He is an experienced Services and Operations Manager, has been involved in IT Services for over 20 years, and has held Senior Management and Director Positions with Sopra Steria, Unisys and Computacenter.

Nas Abrahams
Sales & Marketing Director
Nas joined ISG Technology in October 2018, and leads the Sales and Marketing team. Nas has 25 years in management and business development across the I.T. sector and has held senior positions within large corporates including BT, 2e2 & SCC.

Allen Browning
Finance Director
Allen joined ISG as the Finance Director in August 2018 on an interim basis. Allen qualified in 1993 with Grant Thornton as a Chartered Accountant. He has worked with startup companies, involved in company turnarounds and listed PLC’s. He has spent the last 16 years working as an Interim Finance Director predominately for Private Equity backed companies.

Jerry Buckton
Professional Services Director
Jerry has been with ISG since 2005, fulfilling a sales management role mainly with our channel partners and latterly as a member of the executive team. In early 2015 was appointed to the board as Professional Services Director, responsible for Professional Services, Pre Sales and Major Accounts in the North of England. His career started in Electrical Engineering and Contract Management with AMEC before moving into Network Infrastructure Design and Sales.

Andrew Webb
Support Services Director
Andrew has been with ISG for 17 years. Responsible for commercial contract arrangements, quality, project co-ordination and Health & Safety. He is a Chemistry graduate and is qualified as a Chartered Quality Professional and previously worked in the Petrochemical industry.

Mark Ames
Delivery Director
Mark joined ISG in 2019 to bring experience of large-scale operational and digital transformation to the business. Mark has responsibility for end to end delivery of the ISG operational business including programme delivery and managed services. Mark has previously held senior leadership roles in Atos, Capita and Sopra Steria.

Vanessa Hughes
People Director
Vanessa joined ISG in 2019 and is responsible for the design and delivery of our People Strategy and Transformation agenda. She has a wealth of experience in HR and Consultancy services and is a Fellow of the CIPD. She has worked in a variety of sectors including professional services, nuclear new build and engineering with exposure to large corporates, SMEs and business start-ups.
